Jason (Jay Gordon) has been writing romance and erotica for many years, initially focused on modern urban fantasy set, in a demon-haunted Earth. So basically the real world, with magic.

Way back in 2010, he created the world of A Light in the Darkness, where all the “Things That Go Bump” in the night are real, and they’ve banded together to self-govern to avoid conflict with the human race. Witches, wizards, vampires, shifters, angels and demons – all play active roles in this series.

Shortly thereafter, he wrote Devil’s Gambit, which is centered on a two groups of magic practitioners – one light and one practicing demonolatry. In this book, all of the characters are human or demonic. That doesn’t mean Devil’s Gambit doesn’t take place in the same world as A Light in the Darkness – it may or may not, that series simply didn’t move into creature territory!

For a LONG time, Jay withdrew from sharing his writing publicly, but that doesn’t mean he stopped. He has developed quite the backlog that we are excited to prepare to share.

As we work out the logistics of publishing those works, we have begun releasing a series of his erotic shorts – the series, called At the Down & Dirty, is, like all his works, available to read free on Kindle UNLIMITED, or may be purchased on AMAZON. The Down & Dirty is that small city gay bar we all wish we’d had access to: set in a liberal town, it is staffed by a cast of distinctive characters who build a little community and engage in steamy-hot encounters. In this character-driven series of erotic shorts, we get to know the staff well, but we also get to watch as they get down & dirty with strangers, co-workers, customers, and friends.
